I run a small business for a Money Management. I was pleased to know that they had everything I needed to get my site online. I have no technical knowledge when it comes to websites etc, but they went the extra mile to explain everything in the control panel. I signed up at pc-core because they had a very good offer on, when I signed up my account was created quickly and everything was smooth.
After a few days there was an unfortunate problem with the serer but I was transferred onto another server in a short amount of time. Since then I have had no problems and the support staff has always been there if I accidentally caused a problem, they still help even if it is your problem and nothing to do with them

I've been on a host search for a while, looking on Webhostingtalk I noticed a post that caught my eye and clicked the link in the sig, looking at Net Pages's plans I was actually amazed that they offered such amazing deals for their managed VPS's I have submitted 13 tickets so far due to script problems, and it wasn't even their fault, but they didn't mind helping me at all. It almost seems like they care about their customers, which is more than I can say for my last host (globat) which it felt like I was being ignored. Now it has only been a couple of days, and things have been fast, but I will update my review if anything changes.

I just recently signed up at Net Pages to host a Phpbb forum. We were surprised at the price of the hosting and the support given.
So far, and it has been days, speeds have been phenomenal, not to mention that of our 10 support tickets, they are responded to in minutes, although at night we find they can take a few hours to respond which I decided was acceptable. Our account took an hour to be activated, however, that was due to some verification system in place.
While it is noticeable that they are a smaller company, they seem to deliver the same, if not better hosting them otherwise "Large" alternative hosts. "

Overall, the service is fantastic, compare to many of the "Big Hosts", we bought just a small plan, 20 GB, because that's really all we need, we know we will grow, but in due time, we will upgrade.
The CSRs are very professional and my tickets are responded to in a very acceptable amount of time.
So far, there has been No Downtime, and it has never slowed down, I can only hope it stays that way but I have no reason to believe that there will be any issues.
